Steve Ryan is a versatile writer with extensive experience in a wide spectrum of industries and genres, both B2B and commercial.

As a creative chameleon, he has worked as a reporter on daily newspapers, edited special interest and trade journals, written CEO speeches and developed public relations programs, both profit and nonprofit. He has written screenplays, broadcast advertising and directed more than 100 major marketing presentations and product roll-outs for some of the largest corporations in America, including Bose, General Electric, Immobiliare, Kodak, Rockwell International, The Boston Globe, The United Way and Xerox.

In the small business arena, he developed the concept and wrote the book on
Alignment Marketing and has worked with more than 1,500 micro companies and independent professionals in more than 100 industries across the US and in Canada.

On the commercial side, Ryan created and wrote the feature film storyline and treatment for THE SHANACHIE, created the PBS docudrama series THE ISLANDS OF AMERICA and wrote the script for the series pilot THE GREY LADY. Ryan has also written treatments and/or scripts for a half dozen direct-to-DVD releases, including THE CHAMPIONS for the Boston Red Sox and A HISTORY OF HEROES for the Boston Celtics.

Today, Ryan works on his high maintenance golf game and continues to develop and write an eclectic collection of
commercial projects.

Ryan lives just north of Boston in the historic seacoast city of Salem, Massachusetts.
